Omen&Ore asks for personal information because an accurate reading needs context. We do not treat that context as content to be harvested, sold, exposed, or turned into a public profile. Birth details, relationship context, palm photos, questions, and completed reports are handled as sensitive client information.

Protected intake

Birth dates, birth times, locations, palm images, relationship context, and personal questions are collected only when they are needed for the service you choose.

Trusted payment

Card and wallet payments are handled by secure payment processors such as PayPal.

Controlled report access

PDF reports are intended for the client account and authorized Omen&Ore admin access only.

Purpose-limited use

Your submitted details are used to prepare, deliver, support, and improve the reading experience you ordered.

No public indexing

Your private intake forms and PDF reports are not published as web pages and are not intended to be visible to search engines or public data crawlers.

No sale of personal data

Omen&Ore does not sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing databases.

Admin access

Administrative access should be limited to the site owner account and protected by secure login.

1. What information we collect

Depending on the service, we may collect your name, email address, gender, birth date, birth time, birth country and city, current country and city, relationship details, reading questions, palm photos, saved people profiles, order history, payment status, report files, and messages you send to support.

For Chinese Name Creation, we may also collect cultural background, naming preferences, intended use, sound preferences, and meaning preferences.

2. Why we use this information

We use your information to create your private reading, manage your account, process orders, deliver PDF reports, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, maintain service records, and improve the clarity and reliability of the website.

We do not use your private reading details to create public posts, advertising profiles, or social media content unless you separately give clear written permission.

3. How your information is protected

Client account access is handled through secure Omen&Ore member authentication. Payment handling is performed by payment providers such as PayPal, so Omen&Ore does not store full card numbers. Private reports and administrative tools are designed to be accessible only through authorized account or admin access.

No website can honestly promise that risk is zero. Our policy is to collect only what is needed, limit access, avoid public exposure, and fix security issues promptly if they are discovered.

4. Search engines, crawlers, and large data systems

Your private intake forms, saved profiles, orders, and PDF reports are not intended for public indexing. They should not appear in public search results. Omen&Ore does not place your private report text into public pages for search traffic.

We also do not sell your personal information to data brokers or upload private reading details to advertising platforms for targeting.

5. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, payments, analytics, and security. These providers help the website function, but they are not given permission to use your private reading details for their own marketing.

6. Reports, email, and account delivery

Your PDF report may be delivered to your member account and to your email address. Email delivery is convenient, but email systems can pass through third-party infrastructure. If your concern is highly sensitive, contact support before ordering so we can discuss the safest delivery approach available.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account, order, and report records for as long as needed to provide the service, support the customer relationship, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You may contact support@omenandore.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

8. Your choices

You can choose not to provide optional details, but some services require birth or image information to be meaningful. You can update account information from your member account where available. You can also contact us if you believe something is inaccurate.
